I remember calling you because of your good reputation , to help us to find a house with a pool that we could afford and to have a floor plan that Judy would like.After months of looking at every house that came on the market, you suggested that we just build one that had the floor plan that Judy wanted and include the pool and my shop. After viewing several houses that your company had built, I decided to give you the opportunity to build our retirement house. I am so glad that we did.We told you and Lee what we liked about three different houses and you had your framer to draw the plans and we chose the lot that we liked best, and before I new it, we had a house dried in and the shop was increased in size because you had the foresight to know just how much room I needed to park our Mustang and also give me the room for our hobby room as well as completely floored attic for storage.This is adjacent to my outdoor kitchen that turned out just like the picture that I gave you at the beginning.
Mick, This house is one of the best built houses that I have ever been in, Every detail has met my expectations and exceeded the workmanship level that I ever dreamed of. Not one time have I called you about a complaint after living here for six months. Judy has not complained about any of the workmanship and she loves the house. I am so thankful that I had your company taking care of every detail of the building of this house. I would be glad to recommend your company to anyone in the market for a new house,and if they want to build one I would tell them to pick the plan and turn every thing over to your company and they will get the house of their dreams. Please tell anyone to call me if they want to hear about a happy couple that has the house of their dreams at a price that is affordable.
